My Focus Areas

Therapy for Individual Adults

Life today can feel overwhelming—relationships, work, and deeper questions about identity and purpose can leave you feeling stretched too thin. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, past wounds, or major life changes, you don’t have to navigate it alone.  I provide a compassionate space to help you gain insight, create lasting change, and find meaning and peace.  Together, we’ll work toward a life where you feel more grounded, fulfilled, and in control.  You deserve support, and I’m here to help.

Parent Support Therapy

Parenting today is more complex than ever. In a stressed-out world, children are increasingly presenting with mental health concerns that can show up at home or school or both. With endless choices and conflicting advice, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.  Should you follow this parenting book or that one?  Why is your once-cuddly child now pushing back at every turn? Burnout is real, and parents are struggling. With a background in child and family therapy, I’m passionate about helping parents navigate these challenges, understand their children, and create a thriving family dynamic. When parents feel supported and well, their children are more likely to thrive too. It really does take a village.

Maternal and Perinatal Therapy

Mothers today are asked to do more than ever, yet real support is often scarce. The village we once relied on has faded, leaving many mothers juggling work, relationships, and self-care while navigating the profound changes that motherhood brings.  Becoming a mother can be challenging and the often long-anticipated experience can be so different than expected.  Shifting hormones, a lack of community, identity struggles, and the weight of doing it all can feel overwhelming and can at times cause perinatal anxiety and depression.  As a mother of two young children and a stepmother to a teenager, I understand these challenges firsthand.  Every mother deserves support, care, and a space to find balance.  It does get better, but you may need help to get there.

Therapy for Young Adults

Being a young adult today means juggling impossible expectations—living your best life, staying constantly connected, keeping up with the world, and somehow figuring out adulthood.  Big questions about college, career, identity, and relationships can feel overwhelming.  Who am I?  How do I find purpose while attaining financial security?  What do I truly want in love and connection?  These are deep, important questions that shape your future.

I love working with young adults by providing a supportive space to explore, grow, and build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
